The Paraklet Women Sexual Education and Reproductive Health Program is a transformative initiative empowering woman with knowledge, resources, and support to take control of their reproductive health. By providing comprehensive education on sexual wellness, family planning, and reproductive rights, the program breaks down taboos and fosters informed decision-making. Its inclusive and community-centered approach ensures that women from all backgrounds have access to accurate information and compassionate care, building a future where health, dignity, and empowerment go hand in hand.

Thus, going through Paraklet strategies, ways to incorporate the concept of women’s sexual health is by collaborating with local communities including religious and faith-based leaders to educate women on the importance and use of various contraceptive methods. In terms of resources, we can provide female condoms and create manuals/guides on how to use them… For young girls, we can provide mentorship and support by engaging in fun activities to encourage the use of contraceptive methods (I can think of different activities we can work with). Lastly, we can engage men into the conversation by holding a focus group to discuss the importance of women’s sexual and reproductive health and how best they can support their partner.
